For mugs and tumblers, many of our sublimated items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we always recommend hand-washing to ensure the longest life for your design. Designs created with sublimation (for most mugs, tumblers, and some apparel) are permanently dyed into the material, meaning they won't fade, peel, or crack like vinyl. For custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies), please wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low to preserve the design. For items made with vinyl (e.g., Cricut-made non-sublimated products), proper care will prevent peeling; always follow the washing instructions provided with your item.

Can I personalize my item with my own design or logo, and what do I need to provide?

Absolutely! We love creating personalized products. You can definitely use your own image or logo. For best results, we typically need a high-resolution image. For Cricut projects, an SVG file is ideal. For sublimation, a high-res PNG works best. We're happy to show you a mock-up before final production to ensure it's exactly what you envision. When contacting us, also let us know your preferred colours, as availability can vary depending on the item.
